O presidente do Banco Central Europeu disse esta segunda-feira, em entrevista ao «Der Spiegel», que «muitos governos ainda não perceberam que perderam a soberania nacional há muito tempo». Mario Draghi apoia a proposta do ministro alemão das finanças, Wolfgang Schauble, de intervenção da Comissão Europeia nos orçamentos nacionais.
